THE MAN
Jesus was born more than 2000 years ago in Bethlehem just south of Jerusalem. He was no ordinary man. He was totally human and totally devine. He was conceived by Holy Spirit and born to a teenage virgin. He was a carpenter like his earthly dad and studied the ancient scriptures. From the age of 30 like most Rabbis, He began to teach and preach about God’s Kingdom. Jesus performed miracles like no other. He preached messages that amazed the religious leaders. He proved He was God by His words, His actions and His resurrection.
THE MISSION
All of humanity is separated from God because of the first man Adam’s sin. God loves the world and so He created a plan for that separation to end. Jesus came to earth to reveal who God is, to establish his Kingdom and to reconcile men and women back to God. He didn’t come to condemn us but to save us. To achieve this, Jesus had to live in the world without sin and then die as a sacrificial substitute for our sin. He alone could save the world from sin. Jesus is therefore the Saviour of the world, the only way for sinners to be reunited with God. Jesus accomplished His mission through His death, burial and through His resurrection.
THE MESSAGE
Jesus preached a message that was full of grace and truth and consistent with ancient scriptures. In fact, He is the fulfilment of every prophecy concerning the Promised Messiah and Saviour of the world. He calls each one of us to repent and be converted. That is, to turn away from doing things our own way, and bring our lives into alignment with His will.
Everyone who believes in His message receives eternal life, forgiveness of sins, and freedom from guilt and shame. Jesus taught us that real life consisted of following Him and his teachings. When we follow Jesus, His message becomes our mission. We are called to share this message with others.

Jesus forgive me for all the sins I have ever committed against you and other people. Please become the Lord of my life. Holy Spirit help me to live a life that pleases God. Help me to pray and to understand the Bible. Thank you. Amen”
