Our story starts in 1950 in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, with pioneers from the denomination known as Apostolic Church in Australia. Back in those days 44% of Australians attended church on a regular basis. The church was a vibrant community of Christians that regularly saw new people added. The church eventually moved to larger premises in Auchenflower where it experienced steady growth. After a change in leadership, the church relocated in 1999 to its current location after purchasing and renovating the former RSL building on Settlement Road, The Gap. In 2016, Gary and Nikki Rucci returned to Brisbane from UK to assume the leadership, and since then it has planted churches in other locations.
